THE BEST DIVE SITE FOR A VARIETY OF FISH

This awesome dive site can be accessed, either by boat or shore entry. Rocky reefs with sandy bottom and kelp forests and you will be diving with harmless, seven gill cow sharks. It is an experience not to be missed.

Pyramid received its name from a Pyramid shaped rock nestled in the widely known Kelp Forest which can be easily spotted on low tide. This site is located at the Millers Boat Club and can be easily accessible from shore or boat. It is also known as the Kelp forest due to the large area covered in Kelp which forms its own ecosystem for various marine species from the smallest Nudibranch up to the pre historic shark known as the 7 Gill Cow Shark although they haven’t been seen in the area for a few years now but hope remains that they will return, but we do find the elusive Spotted Gully shark in the area on a frequent basis.
